Ombré becomes brunette, I did it again!

A friend asked why I just don't leave my hair natural. The answer is easy, I can't. 

1. My hair is getting grayer every day, normally it is dark brown but it started to turn gray 9 years ago, when I was 19. 


2. I like to change color, I went through so many colors and shades (blonde, brunette, black and red) and always feel comfortable with it.

Why eat the same ice cream every time you get desert, even if it's tasty, when there are so many excellent flavors.

My hair had to go through a whole dying process because the first time I made it too dark to match my clip in extensions. I had too bleach it and dye it again a bit lighter, but now I think it turned out pretty good. Have a look.

Bye bye blonde ombré, I liked you a lot but a rainbow ombré was too big of a temptation for me so I had to change. Now I can say, hello Snow White, the question is, for how long?

Dimanche après-midi, bonjour la belle vie!

Dimanche dernier Estelle est venue me chercher à la maison dotée d'un panier de pique-nique rempli de deux coupes en plastique et d'une bouteille de champagne. Pour avoir un parfait apéro nous sommes allées au marché du Glacis pour des provisions à ce mettre sous la dent. Le choix a été rapide, des olives noires et vertes, des tomates cerises et du fromage. Chargées de ces produits de qualité, nous nous sommes rendues au parc public pour prendre le soleil. Plus tard d'autres amis nous ont rejoint avec leur adorable chien Ketti.

Alors le dimanche, si vous ne savez pas quoi faire, je vous conseille fortement d'aller au parc, cela change les idées, c'est bon pour le moral et c'est une activité sociale et pas chère.

Mermaid forever

I love mermaids since like for ever, they are magical and most important, they bewitch and sweet-talk men. It's a kind of power I would definitively know how to use. The name of my blog enforces my love to these mythological aquatic creatures, but a blog named after them was not enough I had to do something special...eternal. 

An here we are, I decided to get a mermaid tattoo. My tattoo was imagined by myself, a cameo brooch frame with a feminine mermaid with lots of hair and looking over her shoulder. It was designed and made by tattoo artist Jasmine Wright from Buju Tattoo (914 W. Washington st. Hillcrest, CA 92103). Girl came from San Diego to Luxembourg to work for a week. I absolutely loved her, she didn't even hurt me too much, I managed to smile and chit chat and after two hours this gorgeous mermaid forever was a wrap!

Try them with Baileys

Today I want to share a recipe with you, it was my first try with the Baileys cupcakes and they landed in the trash because I put baking soda in the batter instead of baking powder.

The second try ended well! I have to admit that I don't like Baileys as a drink but it's tasty in cakes and makes them special. I like special.
